As a Licensed Massage Therapist, craniosacral therapist, and lover of woods and water and song and dirt, I am eternally curious about how we orient ourselves in time and space through our bodies.
I am motivated by our ability to rewrite the stories held within our anatomy. Sessions are dedicated time for intentional listening to what the body has to say. Though the process isn’t always comfortable, I aim to help you navigate the obstacles to conscious connection.
To be clear, bodywork can’t fix it. It can’t fix the soul-crushing conditions we live in. It can’t fix what happened. It can’t fix the sitting, the shouldering, the carrying.
But it can help us find new possibilities to navigate.
My intention for each session is that you walk out the door feeling new connections — within your anatomy, to breath, to the intricate web that holds us all.
I have been practicing bodywork since 2018 and my work is inspired by an exploration of Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, breathwork, and yoga. I’m grateful for the opportunity to study with teachers like Brian Utting, Josephine Edmondson, Karen Axelrod, Kimberly Anne Johnson, Judy Bolton, and Glyndie Nickerson.
Sessions take place in my home studio in the Bywater. There are two cats in the space, something to keep in mind if you’ve got allergies.
