As a Licensed Massage Therapist, craniosacral therapist, nature lover, and water baby, I am eternally curious about how we orient ourselves in time and space through the body.

I am motivated by our capacity to rewrite the stories held within our anatomy. Sessions are dedicated time for intentional listening to what the body has to say. Though sometimes the process brings up discomfort, I aim to help you navigate the obstacles to conscious connection.

My intention for each session is that you walk out the door feeling new connections — within your anatomy, to breath, to the intricate web that holds us all.

I have been practicing bodywork since 2018 and my work is inspired by an exploration of Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, breathwork, and yoga. I’m grateful for the opportunity to study with teachers like Brian Utting, Josephine Edmondson, Karen Axelrod, Glyndie Nickerson, and Magnus Ecklund.

Sessions take place in my home studio in the Bywater. There are two cats in the space, something to keep in mind if you’ve got allergies.
